Why can't I add an item to my bag?


Whoops! The item might currently be out of stock. Don’t worry, you can sign up for the Waitlist so you’ll get notified as soon as the item you like gets restocked.

Do I need to make an account to shop online?


No need! You can sign in as a guest at checkout, but having an account would make your future transactions easier.

We provide FREE shipping on all orders within the Philippines.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation on your phone number or email along with the tracking number from our third party courier. You can track using the link provided by the courier. 


Can I change or cancel my order?

Sorry, we won't be able to change or cancel your order because we start processing as soon as we receive it.


I received an error message while trying to place an order. What should I do?


Please check if you've received an order confirmation email or message from us. If not, please send us an email at cloudbliss2019@gmail.com or message us on all our social media accounts  so we can check if your order was pushed through.

 

Why didn’t I get any confirmation email?


If your order is successful, you should get an order confirmation in the email address you provided. If it’s not in your inbox, please check your spam mail in case it was misplaced there. If you still can’t find it, send us an email at cloudbliss2019@gmail.com or on all our social media accounts. 


How do I use the promo code?
