Returns, Exchange and Order Cancellation Policy

 

We do not honor refunds. However, we accept exchanges for the following reason:

  • Wrong size
  • Production defect

Exchange Process

  • To be eligible for a one time exchange, the item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it; together with dust bag, wrapping paper, foam and paper stabilizer, and box. 
  • Requests may be made within 3 days after you have received your purchase. If 3 days has passed, unfortunately we cannot grant your request anymore.
  • Kindly wait for our email or message regarding the confirmation of your request before sending the item back to us. Once the exchange is authorized, you must send the item back to us the follow business day.

  • You have the complete responsibility of tracking and paying the shipping costs for your returned items. 
  • Roundtrip shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.

    Order Cancellation Policy

  • All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant/courier processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
  • If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
  • If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies and Procedure. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
  • Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
  • *Business hours for order processing and customer service is 9am to 10 pm, from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.
